Holiday season is in the air and nothing compares a social gathering without the star of every Pinoy feast, Lechon. Each places has their own local versions of roasted pig. But still, Cebu was the reigning champion as Anthony Bourdain tasted the “the best pig ever”.
Good thing that there’s no need to fly to Cebu to taste the glorious roasted pig laid in every celebration as Bai’s Boneless Lechon opened its door in Pasig last November 10. They guarantee to “serve the freshest and the most well balance lechon in town”.
Bai’s Boneless Lechon small belly is good for 4-5pax. It was seasoned with spices and secret ingredients that gives you the excitement feeling to hook for it. The store was filled the mouthwatering smell of lechon. The skin is very crispy, perfectly cooked and the meat is very tender. Truly, irresistible!
While eating, I tried to ask for gravy, but the staff said, that is how Cebuanno’s enjoy their lechon, NO CONDIMENTS! NO SAUCE!
